What is Overclad?

Overclad is a cladding support system that when combined with a flat sheet product provides a weather tight drained and ventilated cavity system.

Will Overclad add cost to my cladding?

We like to think it adds value. The best cladding designs have a drained and ventilated cavity, Overclad provides that cavity and supports the sheet offering a superior tested weather tight solution.

Has it been tested?

Overclad has been tested with selected cladding products to E2/VM1 and NZ/AS4284, and. appraised with selected cladding products for 50 years material durability, meeting the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code.

Other Services

Including custom design, engineering calculations, testing and shop drawings can be arranged as separate cost or as part of supply and fix package.

Supply and Fix

Overclad is simple enough to be fixed by a qualified builder, alternatively we can offer a supply and fix package, or recommend approved contractors.

What sheet products have been successfully proven with Overclad?

Solid Aluminium sheet - finished in Anodising, powdercoat, pvf2 and 2 pack paints, Alucobond, Alpolic, Alupanel, Aluart, Aluart Insulated Panels, Aluart 3d, Stainless Steel, pvb Solar Panels, Tempered Painted Glass, Trespa Meteon (see Profix).

What about Interiors?

We have adapted our exterior systems for interiors and have specialist interior systems (see Plyline).
